Im sick with a flu so what can i eat??!
Question: im getting ready to have a subway sandwhich its;;
hearty italian bread
turkey.lettuce.tommato.little onion & lil bit of mayo & a little viniger
should i eat this or?? what...i mean i dont wanna puke so please tell me if this is ok to eat..if it is ok i wanna eat because i havent ate barely anything in 1 and a half days..also im on 2 medications...theraflu<--perscripted & delsym cause i have a flu,cough & cold & pains//lol i have it all..help me...also,is ok to drink vitamin water with a flu??

plenty of fluids, chicken soup etc, you would probably only puke if you have a stomach virus, if its normal flu you can probably eat without fear of puking up.
anything you want is okay...if you are sick to your stomach then stick to ginger ale, chicken soup, jello, cottage cheese, yogurt...
vitamin water is a waste of money sick or not.
