Answers: well i have lots of zits, and i need help, how do i get rid of them??

try eating mandarin oranges every day My daughter cleared up her face in no time and it even helped her boyfriend who had acne but it cleared up when he ate mandarin oranges every day
you can get them from the grocery store in snack pack type containers

wash your face 3 times a day. Might have oily skin

Can you provide more info? Do you have blackheads or whiteheads? Are they pus-filled, or the deep, painful cystic acne?

Regardless of what type of acne you have, these steps should help:

1) Wash your face every morning and evening. Wash it during the day as well if you become sweaty form sports or the gym.

2) Use a salicylic acid cleanser, preferably one with Triclosan (Murad makes an excellent one).

3) Use a salicylic acid treatment (such as Stri-Dex) on your face at bedtime.

4) Keep a fresh supply of clean pillowcases near your bed. Every night before bed, put on a clean pillowcase.

5) A very inexpensive and effective treatment is a face masque. Quene Helene Mint Julep Masque cost just a few dollars and is available at any drugstore in the facial skin care aisle. Use it on e clean skin and let sit for 20-30 minutes.

Good luck to you, I hope your acne clears up.

Try a gentle cleanser. One that is glycerin or sorbitol based will be good and it does not need to be expensive. Cetaphil and Neutrogena has some pretty good ones. Try Cetaphil? Gentle Skin Cleanser.

Wash your face at least twice a day and everytime after you perspire. If your skin is the oily kind, you do not need to apply any moisturizer, your skin oils are enough to keep it hydrated. If you really must apply a gentle light oil free one. Cetaphil? Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 or Cetaphil? Moisturizing Lotion is quite good

Apply pimple cream to the acne area. Try benzoyl peroxide low strength(2.5%) first. You can try oxy, panoxyl or Neutrogena brands. Neutrogena on-the-spot is pretty good. Don't pick poke scrub or pop your pimples unless you want scars which are really ugly. Scrubbing cleansers or washes are also no-nos because it equals picking and poking and makes acne worse Treated pimples gently.

Eat healthy. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Cut down on sugar and carb intake. Foods like chocolates, coffee, soda drinks, bread, rice potatoes or anything starchy and sugary are no-nos. Cut down on oily and fried foods also. Go for grilled, steamed or baked food. Make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Ensure that your diet is rich in vitamin A, B5, C, E and Omega-3 which are important for the skin. Less stress and sleeping enough is also important. Not having enough sleep is like putting stress on your body. Makes sure you sleep at least 8 hours a day.

Visit a dermatologist if it doesn't work or worsen. Products can only help that much. You may need to tackle the problem internally with medication.

Wash your face twice a day : (I recommend Proactiv. It works and it doesn't burn my face like other acne products do.)

Ice down the acne before bed, by morning it should be noticeably less swollen. Works best on larger pimples that have not yet formed a head.

Put toothpaste on your pimple before you go to bed, should help reduce swelling overnight. Make sure it is the paste not the gel. One of the most popular acne home remedies. Becareful it might make your skin dry. If your skin gets dry use a moisturizer lotion.

Tea Tree oil can also be applied directly to infected pores.

Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area overnight. Wash off with warm water next morning. This might also make your skin dry.

Drink plenty of water.

Pimple Removal : (only do this on pimples that have formed a head)

Prepare for a small surgical pimple removing procedure. You'll need a small sewing needle, a bottle of alcohol, some gauze (or a small band-aid), and some warm water. Some people think you'll need to run a needle through a flame. This isn't Dr. Quinn Medicine woman. Rubbing alcohol will do.
Wash your face and hands before attempting to pop the pimple. Washing your face and hands ensures that all makeup, oils, germs and bacteria are no longer near the pimple you're about to burst. Also, dip a majority of the needle in the alcohol, and for safe measure apply some of that alcohol to your fingers and the pimple--dabbing with some gauze to dry the area.
Prick the white part of the pimple very lightly with the tip of your needle. Once you've done that, put two small squares of gauze on either side of the pimple and apply pressure with two fingers to ensure that the remaining puss is squeezed out of the pore, retaining pressure until clear liquid appears. When clear liquid or blood appears, you'll know the pimple is gone.
Wipe the pimple clean with an alcohol soaked gauze pad. It'll sting a little, but that's a good thing. The alcohol will kill most of the bacteria in and around the wound, helping you to avoid an infected pimple. If you wish, you can put a small, sterile bandaid on the area or cover it with an antibacterial concealer

For redness use eye drops.
