Any idea on what i might have?!

Question: I have been put on 2 antibiotics- Biaxen and Amoxacillin and Nasonex because i might have an allergy. I have a cough now that doesnt sound and feel as bronchial. But when i get active I feel short of breath and when i cough i breath its weird i dont know how to explain it..Please help! (This has been going on for about 3 months.
