R-rice
A-apple sauce
T-tea.

Try Lomotil it is an antispasmodic anti diarrhea med. OTC. However if it is really bad (the diarrhea) he can dehydrate. He may need intervenes fluids even now. Losing fluid faster than he can replace them. Fever can ensue and death, it's nothing to play with, severe dysentery. Go to the ER. Good luck!
