You could have an onset of a cold or flu or you might just need to eat something. If you go too long without food, your blood sugar can possibly go low and cause all of those symptoms. Try to relax and take your temperature, eat something like peanut butter on toast, and get some rest. Hope you feel better!

If you haven't been to a doctor, you should go. It sounds like hypothyroidism, or low thyroid function. It could also be low blood sugar. I'd suggest you go in for testing, as there are so many symptoms and so many diseases, that without professional knowledge, it's really hard for me, a lay person, to say for sure what's wrong, and what will help.
