Omg,,,, you need doctors to tell you that? The moment someone let go one, I'll run far away,,,lol,,

They were talking about cigarette smoke.

Edit apparently no one else has seen the commercial. They are talking about cigarette smoke. One commercial is two families sitting at a dinner table and then one of the dad's excuses himself to "go pass gas" and then talks about how it's deadly then goes out the front door. The other commercial is a guy and girl on a date watching a movie and the girl excuses herself to "go pass gas" does the deadly speech and pulls a pack of cigarettes and goes outside.
Learn to pay attention people.

Here's a link to one of them.

you had me rolling in laughter
Gas is a naturally produced bodily function from parasites decompising ur waste its pefectly healthy to pass wind and not at all dangerous to the people around u, thought the smell can be lethal sometimes

The gas is actually methane, but it's not given off in such great amounts as to be dangerous to other people. We all fart. If the gas were a danger we'd all be walking around in some kind of daze.

its a joke because passing gas is natural, if it had been deadly, we'd all been dead by now. We pass gas daily whether we want to or not, without such an ability, we would probably release gas in an extreme way (blowing up, imploding, lesions in the body for releasing gas, etc). A lot of commercials play off of ignorance on the part of the consumers to get people to buy the most ridiculous stuff. The reason why I find this amusing is because commercials like Ditech say that people are smart. I have seen anything that proves that true because we human beings are emotional beings, when presented with something that might instill our preconcieved fears, we tend to look for something that would provide emotional solace. Look at how died commercials control dieters, how toy commercials enrapture children, etc.

well it has to be proven to be poisonous which aint hard methane is poisonous and thats what it is m=but in small fart quantities it the smell only that offends but they would be right re people with breathing troubles.
there are times that you cant hold on to it though and i would be an offender but i dont deliberatly let it go for fun. good point hygene wize and i take it as not a joke though i do like your jokes a lot

Phttttttttttttttttttttttttt, sorry babe, but could not resist that ! Open the windows please !

Hahahahaha

you sure this is not a joke

i have never seen the commercial. sorry can't help you with this one

Oh?! Lmfaoo! I really don't know, i mean it might be true but i'm not sure. But what i'm sure about is its definitely gonna gross out the people around you lol.

it is the second nose gas which is dangerous and not the second hand gas!
just because you have a good sense of humor! peace

causes impotence and infertility lmao. lost lost i'm lost

hahahaha...

yup passing gas is dangerous

Smoking and passing gas?. Either way you look at it, they are both deadly...hehehehehe....
