Can a septum piercing cause a deviated septum?!

Question: I never had a deviated septum so about three years ago I got my septum pierced. The first time I had it pierced, I took it out after a week because I did not like the jewelry. I got it pierced again after about 10 months. I left it in for about a year and then I took it out for good. For the past few months I have been suffering from symptoms of a deviated septum. I have never broken my nose, and I haven't been to the doctor yet. Could my septum ring have caused a deviated septum?

No, a deviated septum is an anatomical anomaly caused by a trauma to the nose or a congenital defect. My suggestion is to consult an ear, nose and throat doctor (ENT) for more information on whether or not you have one or if it's linked to some sort of seasonal or allergic reaction.
Good luck, I hope you feel better soon!

I have never heard of it doing so. Perhaps you have allergies? Your doctor can peek in your nose and tell you if your septum is deviated. I never knew my septum was deviated until last year. I went 25 years with no problems lol
