I need some great advise please help ! How do you get energy when you are sick!?!
Question: I am a full time student, and a full time employee! I am really needed at work, due to a bug going around and I work with 24 really active school children each day! I had the flu bug two weeks ago...Now I have a bad sinus infection. I had got a shot of steroids today and a B12 shot from my doctor! I am also now on Prenisone and Amoxicillin! Ive tried all over the counter meds( Including Airborn) and I wash my hand all the time! ..and I am so so tired! Can anyone tell me what they do when they are like this.I have a paper to write for school! and papers to grade!PLEASE HELP!!!

I take vitamins and drink lots of water.
Multiple vitamins, fish oil tablets, vitamin C tablet.
No caffeine after like 12 in the day so get lots of sleep at night.
Drink V8 juice , a slim fast, and orange juice once a day.
