I am a survivor of renal cell carcinoma now 7 years. I had a radical nephrectomy. FDA does not approve any form of chemo or radiation for kidney cancer. Immunotherapy is preferred. If you have surgery ask them to freeze a portion of your tumor to make a vaccine in case it comes back later. The Kidney Cancer Association (kca...see website above from someone else.) helped me tons and tons. I use www.goodsearch.com (a yahoo search engine) to do all my searches now and they give a portion of their advertising money to the charity of your choice. I choose www.kca.org.
