I get red blotches or hives on my chest?!
Question: Ususally in the later afternoon, i get red blotches on my chest and my cheeks get really red and my face gets hot. The blotches on my chest don't itch or hurt but they look like hives..they go away as quickly as they come. Ive done this for years, its worse in the winter i think..does anyone know what this could be caused from?

This might sound strange, but could it be stress related? Do you tend to have more stress in the evenings or do you begin to worry about things that are going to happen in the evenings?
i have got the same condition i worry alot especially when im trying to sleep dont know what to do about it. its soo annoying
