Wash your face twice a day : (I recommend Proactiv. It works and it doesn't burn my face like other acne products do.)
http://www.proactiv.com/
In order for Proactiv to work you got to use it correctly and not skip a day or a step on using it.

Ice down the acne before bed, by morning it should be noticeably less swollen. Works best on larger pimples that have not yet formed a head.

Put toothpaste on your pimple before you go to bed, should help reduce swelling overnight. Make sure it is the paste not the gel. One of the most popular acne home remedies. Becareful it might make your skin dry. If your skin gets dry use a moisturizer lotion.

Tea Tree oil can also be applied directly to infected pores.

Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area overnight. Wash off with warm water next morning. This might also make your skin dry.

Drink plenty of water.

Pimple Removal : (only do this on pimples that have formed a head)

Prepare for a small surgical pimple removing procedure. You'll need a small sewing needle, a bottle of alcohol, some gauze (or a small band-aid), and some warm water. Some people think you'll need to run a needle through a flame. This isn't Dr. Quinn Medicine woman. Rubbing alcohol will do.
Wash your face and hands before attempting to pop the pimple. Washing your face and hands ensures that all makeup, oils, germs and bacteria are no longer near the pimple you're about to burst. Also, dip a majority of the needle in the alcohol, and for safe measure apply some of that alcohol to your fingers and the pimple--dabbing with some gauze to dry the area.
Prick the white part of the pimple very lightly with the tip of your needle. Once you've done that, put two small squares of gauze on either side of the pimple and apply pressure with two fingers to ensure that the remaining puss is squeezed out of the pore, retaining pressure until clear liquid appears. When clear liquid or blood appears, you'll know the pimple is gone.
Wipe the pimple clean with an alcohol soaked gauze pad. It'll sting a little, but that's a good thing. The alcohol will kill most of the bacteria in and around the wound, helping you to avoid an infected pimple. If you wish, you can put a small, sterile bandaid on the area or cover it with an antibacterial concealer

For redness use eye drops.

This works for me!

I wouldn't use Clearasil, or Neutrogena.

Use a scissors

here are some surefire tips: go to a dermtilogists for some anti-biotics. if those dont want the doc might give u accutane or contracptive pills.
this works for me- every night i wash my face and liberally dust a prickly heat powder on my face. it kills bacteria and absorbs excess oil.

u could be milk intolerant. try avoiding it and c.

bu8t do go to a dermitologists. newer and better medicatons keep coming into the market that work on the most persistant acne!

I was the type of teenager to get one pimple a month. When I was 30 (right before being pregnant with my second child) I broke out all over my face...whiteheads everywhere. I did everything from changing hairstyles, creams, tanning booth, everything. A co-worker gave me her Pro Activ to try...I am SO not the type of person to believe TV ads...but I was clear in 2 weeks....My second child is now almost 10 years old and I still use it on a daily basis....it really makes my skin feel great. I have given pro activ to friends who were skeptics and they now use it...all I can say is try it...it worked wonders for me.

Theres no hope Im afraid - although you could wear a balaclava

Seriously, lightly apply sterile urine over the afflicted skin and leave over night. You will be extremely surprised with the results.

Saddly few people are willing to try it tho.

You can use the ProActive creams. A natural way is to go for a swim in the ocean as the salt water burns the bacteria in the pimples. Plus, you have some fun swimming. You should stay away from salted snacks like crisps and chips. Also stay away from drinking soft drinks or eating sugared snacks like chocolates. Good Luck!

Take on the pill - it worked...

i use a old-school lip balm called
"Smith's Rosebud Salve"
its a multi-purpose gloss
its great for dry lips and super dry skin
and clearing up pimples !!!
its cost 6dollars at
sephora.com
that where i buy mine !
its for all types of skin
so it even works to 13yr. olds like me and
28yr.olds like you !!!
good luck !!!
hope it help !!!

First of all, no one has flawless skin. Some people have it better than others, but thats just genes and stuff. Go to www.freewebs .com/reelbeauty11 for skin and beauty tips. I know its for young girls, but it works for anyone!

I know some people who have tried ProActive and it worked, but I also know some others who have tried it and it made it worse :( I know some who have put rubbing alchol on their skin or peroxcide to dry up the pimples. It also kills bacteria :) . Also, try going to a dermotoligist, or ask your regular doctor. Often times the regular doctor, who knows more about your med. history and whatnot can help you more than a dermatologist.

are you a vegetarian? That might have something to do with it. Its worth checking into.

Try dabbing toothpaste or honey on your zits before you go to bed - works wonders.

Overall, remember that beauty counts more on the inside than on the outside, and your true friends will love you for you, and not your skin.

Oh, and try a different kind of foundation, if you wear it. Try to use a kind with lots of water in it. It looks great and doesn't clog pores half as bad. And check your habits - do you prop your chin up a lot with your hands? That might cause the acne as well. Look for the cause, as well as the cure.

Maintain a diet that is rich in cottage cheese, salads, fresh juices, fish and yogurt. These help to cleanse your system and ward off pimples.More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
