I'd say you probably have built up ear wax. Try Debrox. You can probably get some at Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Also try cleaning out your ear with mineral water. If you're having sinus problems, it could also likely be that which can cause ear aches. If you get no relief with what I suggested, go to the doctor and they could remove the ear wax for you.
as i suffered badly from this as a kid id know, a hot water bottle on it helps. hope this helps you
you dont say if its wax or some other problem. if its bad go to your gp and have it syringed. if wax you could try earex and a hot water bottle, to melt it. at the alternate medicine shop you can get chinese candles they are expensive
