What is the best way to stop this from happening again??!


Question: I have a cold...and I don't want it to turn into bronchitis. Every winter, when I get a cold, it turns into bronchitis. They don't give me anti-biotics because I get it so often.

since you catch it every winter... i advise you to have the seasonal vaccination to prevent it so you dont need to get sick that much,besides...if you got a stronger infection NO antibiotic would be useful to treat you because you have used many of them and if keep doing so you will develop what called ANTIBIOTICS RESISTANCE...
in other words if you got a serious condition needing medication...you will suffer.

Wash your hands often. Get plenty of rest. Eat well with lots of fruits. keep or have your living and sleeping area cleaned. Stay away from sick people. Get a flu shot. Treat colds aggressively at the first sign with antihistamines and decongestants.

If you smoke, quit. Take an Iron supplement. Take vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Zinc. Stay out of the cold, keep as warm as you can. Gargle with saltwater after you brush your teeth at night
Eat a lot of sugary sweets?? Sugar reduces your white blood cell count by 50 percent ( your natural defense against sickness and disease) Drink Green tea
