What is the best way to get rid of the flu?!

Eat a lot of chicken noodle soup. If you don't have that have some toast and some ginger ale.
Or drink some gatorade to keep your electrolytes up. Medicine is useful to hide the symptoms and make you feel better, but in order to actually get rid of the flu you need time.
Get a lot of sleep and food. Don't overexert yourself.

Influenza is not something you can just get rid of. It can take up to three weeks to get rid of the symptoms completely. I suggest you take appropiate medicines to relieve your symptoms. Get plenty of rest and drink plenty of fluids to help keep yourself hydrated. Take a few days off of work or school if needed.
