Anyone taking acne tablets (prescribed)?!

Question: I have just started taking oxycycline tablets for acne and using a daily lotion from the doctors, Does anybody else use these? If yes, how long did it take you to see noticeable results and did it make ure face very dry?

I hear acne tablots make your face uncomfortably dry. If it's prescribed by a skin doctor, it might take 2-3 weeks tops. Clearisil Daily Acne Wash shows results that only take one week tops. =] do w/e works.
