If you have no open cuts, and they have no open cuts or seminal fluid and vaginal fluid on them (which most people don't unless they are having sex) then you cannot get AIDS if a gay person touches you.

and you get aids from blood or excessive saliva (very unlikely). so if you had a wound that was bleeding and he had a would that was bleeding and they touched, you could get aids...that is if that person even had aids!

hiv is only transmitted through blood and sexual fluids (which includes sexual intercourse, possibly oral sex, needles, etc ). not through saliva, sneezing, etc.

It hurts me to see just how ignorant and prejudice America is when it comes to Aids. Believe me Aids is scary as hell along with the other million and one STDS on this planet, but to believe that if a gay person touches you and you can get AIDS is only from saying being gay is what started it. There is no way by the touch of some one who is gay or infected or who ever can give you Aids or what ever they got. Sex is what can get you AIDS, blood, semen and all other bodily fluids that come into contact with your system of someone who is infected. A touch is just a touch and always has been and always will be as far to my knowledge. Who ever told you or what ever gave you that knowledge is wrong and Aids doesn't discriminate gay,straight, black or white. No one can really say where Aids originated from but gays is out of the question science might be just what is to blame for mostly all diseases on earth.
