Question: yes, it is called cystic acne. don't pick/pinch it! use a warm compress (make one by putting dry rice inside a sock, tie it and warm in up in microwave for a min) and hold it on there a couple times a day to bring it to a head and use a acne spot treatment (one WITHOUT benzoid perozide, because this will make it worse) Hope i helped =)
