Whats wrong with me?[is it the flu?]?!
Question: I haven't been felling well for the past three days. I can barely eat anything besides water, I can't stand for over 15 minutes, I get these random pains around my stomach,like i'm going to vomit, but i never do, and if not the flu, then what? I've had a kidney stone before if it helps.

A lot of my friends have been sick with this stuff. It's rampant. My daughter has been sick for over 2 weeks. She's getting better, but it's a long process. Also, my piano tuner was suppose to come two weeks ago and had to beg off when he got sick. I haven't heard from him since.
It's not going to be fun, so just hang in there and do a lot of resting. Drink plenty of water, etc., etc. Good luck and get well, soon.
Well it does sound like the flu and there are some wierd strains of the flu going around. However, if it doesn't lighten up in the next couple of days, I would go to my doc and tell him and get some tests done.

The flu normally has other symptoms such as fever, coughing, sinus pressure, sore throat, etc. If you have some of those symptoms also, it could very well be the flu. Or it could just be a weird flu strain. Or it could be something else entirely. I'd check with a dr. if your symptoms don't get better by tomorrow.
