Psoriasis is not contagious. It's a skin condition caused by the body's immune system attacking skin cells. One of the effective treatments is an immunosuppressive cream, which reduces inflamation at the site of application without suppressing the immune system as a whole.

psoriasis isnt contagious its a skin condition where patches of skin cells replace themselves to quickly so they build up and look sore and scaly. In some parts of the body its more red than scaly and it can be painful.
