Yes, it does as drinking plenty of water helps to eliminate toxins and flush your bio-system effectively. As a result, you get clearer, softer, younger-looking skin. Some doctors will advise that you drink 1.5-2 litres of water daily but a quick word of caution though, if you do decide to dramatically increase your water-intake, stay near the toilets!
