Throw some in bread and see if it rises. If it does, it's yeast.
It's possible that it could be a yeast infection, but it could also be syphilis or a number of other things. You need to go to a doctor and get checked out. It sucks but if you treat a yeast infection and it doesn't turn out to be a yeast infection, you can cause even more problems.

It sounds like you should get tested for STD's. But it could be something as simple as he is passing sugar through his urine. Be cautious and get tested.
