How to cut myself safely?!

Question: I just want to say that im not doing this because i hate life, my parents, goth, etc. I'm doing this because I have a large keloid scar on my arm. I do not have the money, time, or the tools to get rid of it.

I've met several people that had keloids for many years, but then had got them cut again on accident, the scar would bleed and they put a band-aid over it. After a while they took off the band-aid and found out that the scar has shrunk down to skin level. The only thing that the people I encountered was that they had 1-3 inches long keloid scars, and it was on their legs.

I just want to cut my keloid scar just a ok size slit, enough to let to bleed to see if this actually works.

P.S.: please don't tell me the warnings and cons of this

Boil your blade to rid it of germs. Immerse it in isopropyl alcohol. Then swab your skin with the alcohol.

Have fun.

well I am telling you warnings. scars have no blood supply and this one evidently does. well expect this to hurt pretty bad.

your not going to get rid of it this way.

I know you don't want the cons...so I'll just say, please don't do this!!! You could def make your keloid worst. Wait until you get the funds to get it done professionally...

dont be mad cause i know u said no warnings or cons- but i have to say it anyways-
keloid scars majority of the time, its the way a persons body scars. if you scar that badly and you cut again even if it is small you run a high risk of enlarging the scarring. with that said, i have no idea how to safely do it. if you do it yourself its almost experimental and probably no safe way to plan it out.
i had a friend who went to a doctor and paid monthly payments to get something like this fixed. it was only like 275 total.
