Help with HPV shots?!

Question: I've already had my first two out of three doses of the HPV vaccine. However, I had my first two before I went away to college, and spaced it out so that I would have to get my final one while I was AT college. I'm not from the US and couldn't find my medical proof that I had already recieved the first two doses back home, and consequentially never got my final dose. I'm also SEVERELY afraid of injections, and couldn't face the thought of having to get one in a strange facility all by myself. I think I was supposed to have it done last November/ December. I still haven't gotten it done and I'm afraid of the risks. I'm also scared to tell my mom that I haven't done it because I know she will be SO angry at me.
It was stupid not to get it done and I just procrastinated. Please, I KNOW I need to get this sorted out professionally, but if anyone has any info on whether I have to start all over with the shots or what I would HUGELY appreciate it!!

No, you do not need to start over. Just get the last one.
First dose is vaccination, and the last two are boosters to that. You need all three to get proper protection.

I really don't know but I'm in the same boat. my daughter got the first dose last year and now she is over due. I believe that you don't need to start over.

Well you can call the doctor in the US and see what you need to do. But dont worry about it tell your mom that your just scared and that you dont know hwat to do its ok just be open with her. it will be alright. hope i helped out!
