Doctor.

Really, your options are limited. You'll have to go to a doctor and I'm sure he'll put you on some antibiotics. That'll take care of your infected tonsils.....this time. Best of luck to you.

Gargling with with warm salty water will relieve them a little but you may need antibiotics.

Get a glass of lukewarm water and dissolve a tablespoon of salt in it. Gargle with this saline solution.
If you want a salving sensation on the throat, boil ginger roots in water and drink it as tea.

Go to the doctor and get some antiboitics and you also might have to gargle an asprin that goes in water. Drink plenty of water so you do not get dehiydrated, and have soup as it is not hard t swollow. Try aviod eating anything that is going to make it hard for you to swollow. But go to the doctors ASAP
