Anyone know how to get rid of hic ups?!

I don't know if this will work, but someone told me that if you hold your breath and then pull one knee up to your chest, hold it for about 3 seconds, breathe out, then lower your knee again, then alternate with the other knee.

get someone to block your ears while you drink a glass of water , you have to drink quickly without stopping for breath,,

a brick on the head usually does it.
p.s. for any kids reading this don't try this at home

I glug of fizzy drink, and a really big belch. Forces it out. Guaranteed.

It doesnt matter what you do, if you forget about them theyll stop. So just do something else.

What always works for me is..pouring a cup of milk, taking a knife and holding it flat over the rim, leaving a little space and drinking the milk through that opening you made with the knife. It gets messy but just keep gulping the milk until its gone.

This one has never failed me. Get a glass of water, bend over and drink from the opposite side ( your chin will be in the glass). When you stand up, they will be gone!

This works for me every time: you have to breath in *and* out really deeply, without holding your breath. By deeply I mean *really* deeply, not just an average deep breath. Do this a few times, it might feel a bit strange but after a while your hiccup will have gone away. :]

Hold your breath (hold your nose to stop yourself cheating by accident) and try to swallow 3 times

You can try a this technique: Next time you get the hiccups, Stare at a point in front of you RELAX and breathe normally, CONCENTRATE on making the hiccups stop. This may take a few times to work BUT, once you do it, you will be able to stop them right away.
