No, my hands/arms/legs/lips always
turn purple or blue when I get cold

Sounds serious.
If you have a history of heart problems, circulatory problems,you cant feel your legs, or it persists even if you're in a warm enviorment that this is serious. Otherwise just cover up and you'll be fine. Good luck, God bless, Good health.
