I doubt it's permanent, sounds like an allergic reaction. Out of curiosity was the pop tart strawberrry?

Food allergies are nothing to mess around with, in the worst case you can get anaphalactic episode which can cause death in some depending how severe the reaction is.

Do your lips itch too?

Perhaps consult your dr or pharmacist you may want to take a benedryl or something but check first.

I wouldn't eat that kind of pop tart or use that kind of lip gloss again.

no its not a disease, it sounds like a bacterial infection, did your mum never tell you to not share make up with your friends? its for a reason they say this, head to the doctors to get checked out

It is most certainly an allergic reaction. I do not know of any disease that will cause this kind of reaction. To confirm this diagnosis you will see that it will disappear without any treatment in a few days. Avoid those two items as the reaction next time may be more severe than the first one. If you want fuller lips, Plastic Surgeons can give you injections in the lips to keep them full the way you want it.
