There is a bump directly behind my ear that feels hard like a bone?!

It is possible that it is a small cyst, typically they are not a big deal and if it bothers you it can be removed fairly easily. If it gets bigger go get it checked immediately. It could also be a mole. If i were you i'd grab a mirror and check it out.

If you've had an infection lately it's probably a swollen gland.
i think you should go to your doctor and ask him/her.
