This is wierd....?!

Question: Ive started to excerise again, mainly cycling and stair climbing right now. After about twenty minutes, my left part of my chest is slightly red except for a silver dollar size area on the right side of my nipple. It doesn't even sweat there. Any idea what this is?

if I were you, I'd take a moment with a snickers bar, the only satisfying chocolate covered bar out there! lol, but it could be a birth defect, basically you are a pig in a portion of your body and cannot sweat in that general area, just sayin', it could happen, especially if you are from Hiroshima or Nagasaki, ARE YOU!? lol
