What's the best tissue??!

Question: I have allergies right now and my tissue isn't cutting it. It has lotion in it, but it's not enough. I need one that is going to be super soft and moist!

I like Puffs plus Vicks. It's the same price as regular Puffs. It comes in a blue/green polkadot box. Very soft and the Vicks smell clears up sinuses.
