I too agree with Katie AND busybody12.

You have not listed your age, and it is none of my business but age does matter.

If a women believes or really wants to be pregnant her brain can actually starts changes in the body as if she really is. No periods, nausea and vomiting, weght gain, cravings, and even start producing fluids from the nipples.

By what you have stated, you must have looked at the condom and seen that there was a tear? or he did? What makes you think that a piece was missing?

I understand about money but the Dollar Tree and regular Dollar stores have pregnancy tests for $1 and they have been accurate for me and other women that I know used them. Positive or negative, you still need to see the Dr.

If your brain is indeed sabatoging your body, if it registers that the test is negative it may give it up and start your body back to normal.

Ok, so here is the age again. If you are19 or younger, talk to your parents or a female family member OVER the age of 19 that is. You should not take any advice from here in place of a Dr.
p.s. please excuse the typos... running on a few hours of sleep.

I haven't had personal experience but I'll try my best to help. I'd say that the first step would be to take a pregnancy test to rule that out, as that could explain the headaches and vomiting. As for the condom staying inside of you, if you're sure that there is a piece of a condom left inside of you, I'd definitely let a doctor know, as any foreign object in the body can cause infection or other problems. Hope this helps and good luck!

Katie's answer is right on target. Pregnancy test first, and then off to one more doctor visit to get checked really good.
