Cancer in thigh from cell phone?!

Question: I'm 18, and i've had a cell phone since i was about 14. Since then, I have kept it in my left pocket. Very often I will feel a patch of skin twitch constantly exactly behind where the phone would be in my pocket, with the phone there and when it isnt there. I've also actually watch this patch of muscle and skin move rapidly. Is there any chance this could be cancer, or could it just be my muscles "re-enacting" the vibration from the phone or something like that? I just need suggestions on whether I should get it looked at.
