Could my blister be infected?!

Question: Hey Everyone,
I debated posted this question, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask!
I got nasty blisters on BOTH on my heels on my feet about 4 days ago from wearing shoes that were a little to small for me.
Most blisters that I have they bleed a bit and go away in about 3-5 days. The reason that I'm more worried about these blisters is they HURT, even without shoes or socks on.
On my left foot the pain even shoots up the back of my calf when I push or touch it.
Is it infected? Anything I can do?
I've never had anything like this happen before and its weird, blisters are blisters and they normally go away for me without a second thought... but these are painful!!

When I get blisters from wearing shoes that are too small for me they hurt. I think it helps to put something like Neosporin on them and bandaids over them and then to moisturize my feet and ankles. If your feet are dry, your skin is more taut and that can aggravate the blister by pulling on it every time you take a step. I don't know why it would shoot up your calf, though... I would take vitamins, try putting some Neosporin on it. If that doesn't work I'd try pouring hydrogen peroxide on it, and I'd try putting some aloe on it. Good luck.
