I was scratched with a pair of scissors across my face when I was younger. It took about a year and a half for the scar to completely fade. I was also stabbed with a nail, and that went away in a couple years too.
Try using a scar cream like Mederma, which you can find at your local drugstore. It may speed up the scar healing. Just put a little on each day, and massage the area of the skin that is affected for a few minutes. Massaging your skin stimulates collagen around the wound so that it will repair faster.

ok if u have a scar it wont go away but if its a scab dnt try and pull jst let it be and when its ready itll fall off and ull have a less ugly scar lol

if your talking about scars which ACNE leaves behind, yes they do go away!! i had a pimple on my cheek which left a scar; now new skins growing on top of it...its back to normal
