Could be yeast infection or maybe an infected cut from shaving. Try yogurt up there.
Sounds like an ingrown hair, however, you should NOT be having unprotected sex. If you continue, a bump is going to be the least of your worries. You need to get into the doctor ASAP and have the full range of STD testing done. If you have something, you don't want to give it someone else.

It could be a wart. Itching is a sign of a yeast infection, it doesn't go away without meds, you should go see a doc.

I think you might have Syphilis...because it gives u a big canker sore...which is probably what you have..but it doesnt hurt or anything..its just there. but it goes away. go get it checked asap!!!..because its very dangerous. Because if you dont get it treated..it can damage your organs..even your brain.....
