What happens if you take too many benadryl?!

Question: what are the side affects and is it dangerous?

Answers: what are the side affects and is it dangerous?

Two benedryl is OK - most formulations say to take one or two.. Benedryl is one of the most common sources of accidental poisonings, and a large overdose is often fatal, but it takes a fairly large amount to have toxic effects. You are nowhere near a toxic or fatal dose. Toxicicity begins to occur when people take close to 1 gram - which is 20 of the 50 mg pills.

long term use could lead to addiction...way back in my high school days i used to try these things....watch it...

Well, I think you will go to toilet several times, caused by it diuretic effect....

You'll be dry as a bone, for one, and you'll go to sleep... perhaps for a very long time.... in heaven. Don't exceed the recommended dose!

For One, you will be VERY tired, and sleep a LONG time. And ironically a mass dosage of benadryl in some people can cause anaphalaxis. So do watch how much you take. The standard 25 mg. dosage is normal although if taken to stop an allergic reaction 50 mg is okay.

Yes. You can have a overdose and that's not good. Because bynadryl is a drug. So go to your doctor and ask them what you can do to stop your addiction from taking benadryl.

You will be very tired. Not a good idea to exceed 50mg.

Benadryl has to be taken in huge quantities to do real harm. ie you have to be trying to OD on benadryl --
