How many times could you have a heaart attack before you die?!

Question: just asking questions here

Answers: just asking questions here

It is not the number of heart attacks but the severity of the attack, the promptness of treatment, and the degree of recovery that would most determine death. One person may have a series of small attacks and recover well someone else may have one major attack and be dead in seconds. If there is a question as to the health of your heart or that of someone you care about or if someone is claiming heart attacks and you question it a doctor visit is in order. Even if someone has faked before one never knows when it could be real so if they claim the symptoms of a heart attack dial 911.

You could die with the first one if you don't get immediate care.

Just once.. It depends how fat you are.. And It is not funny..

it only takes once and you dont necessarily have to be fat but you really could die from the first heartattack if you dont seek immediate medical attention

One time is often enough.

There isn't an actual number... Could be 1 .. could be 3.. who knows! Depends on how quick the person getting the heart attack seeks medical attention.

you dont have to be fat to have a heart attack, my friends dad recently had one and he was active went to the gym alot and exxercised, and my dad and uncle both heavy set men, dad about 200lbs and uncle 400lbs both mid 50's have yet to have a heart attack.

but depending on how severe i suppose you could have multiple ones and live depending on how fast you get medical attention

A heart attack is serious business. You can die with your very first episode depending on your age and physical condition. Symptoms of chest pain should never be blown off. By the time one realizes they are indeed having a full blown heart attack, they can collapse before they are even able to call out for help. Symptoms vary between sexes also. Men typically have the chest pain with numbness or pain radiating down their arm, to the their back or to their jaw. Women sometimes have none of these symptoms and feel like their bra is too tight and may be a little short of breath. Anytime you think you might be having a heart attack it is best to call for help immediately, no matter how silly you think it might be if it turns out to be nothing. I'd rather feel silly than be dead. I hope this answers your question.

That all depends on how much damage each heart attack has caused and it's location on the heart.

My brother has survived 3 major heart events in the past couple of years! He has had severe hypertension since he was 23! Now he is 60!

There is no minimum or maximum number of times for major heart events. Each is on its own and must be treated immediately and properly.

The first heart event might be one's last and they might have one every year and survive them all.
