Try gargling with warm salt water, or even using nasal sprays to help the congestion in your nose. You could even try steam inhalation or taking antihistamines. These are just suggestions. Best is to check with your doctor.
Try Claritan- it can be bought over the counter- your pharmacist- probably can tell you what over the counter med for your symptoms!
I believe you need a Doctor's script for Singular!! Allegra is another good one!
try some nasal spray get cough drops or throat spray it helps or go to the dr.s and see what they can do..
