Try pouring some "Aveeno Bath" in your tub and soaking for a bit. It helped my children when they had chicken pox. Aveeno also makes lotions, along with other helpful products.

Baking soda or oatmeal (put it in the blender until its a fine powder) in a tepid (not warm, but not cool either) bath will help, then put calamine lotion on the affected spots when you are dry....
