I'm sorry - I know it can be really frustrating. For one, make sure to keep your skin moisturized and prevent irritation and drying out. This can make skin more comfortable. So, short lukewarm baths or showers instead of long hot ones, no harsh soaps (try Cetaphil cleanser), unscented lotions and creams. Some say oatmeal baths help, but I've never tried it. Maybe sleep with gloves on your hands to prevent opening wounds at night. Otherwise, you might catch a nasty secondary infection. See your doc for an rx that might work. Protopic helped me some, but it has side effects and you have to be careful about sun exposure.

yes, i used to have the same problem. Go to your doctor and he'll give you some white cream. Also, try Cetaphil Lotion. It works wonders...well for me it does! try it out, you have nothing to lose, except that eczema ?

Go to the Drugstore and ask for cortisone cream (it is inexpensive) and will clear up your eczema in a couple of days.

I used to have it on my hands and feet real bad in the winter. I used to put eucerin cream and hydrocortisone on it before I went to bed, and then put on a pair of gloves or socks to keep the moisture in. Didn't always work, but made it better on a whole. Good luck.

go to the doctors and get some cream to sooth it! there are a lot of medications you can take to help control eczema! and if you feel you need to scratch, put on a sock on your hand and just rub really hard instead of digging to prevent them open wounds!

live with it. haha, i have had it all my life, going on 19, its not to bad i use to have it all over, now it is just on my hands, most of the time it is manageable. when i use chemicals it stings a bit, my hands are always split and bleeding from it, i sometimes use moisturiser and other stuff to get it good. chances are as you get older it will go away slowly.
