I have a anal fisher how do i cure this problem? i m 27 .?!

Question: Listen to pcnp07. Go see a Doctor asap because I know how painful that can be. You Doctor can perscribe a "Vaseline" type mixture (it's actually Vaseline and blood pressure pills that have been finely crushed and mixed with the Vaseline) that you can apply to it to help heal or relieve the pain, but it takes a couple of days to take affect.

As your doctor let you know you will need some sort of surgical procedure to have the tear repaired. Depending on the extent of damage the procedure can be done under local anesthesia or may require extensive reconstruction.

Anal fistula's (a tear in the wall of the anus) are a result of extended pressure either during birth, bowel movements, infection, or other means of force.

I don't have any knowledge of any home remedies ... I have only heard of fistulas being repaired by a physician.

Yeah, you need to go to a doctor for that.

An anal FISSURE is a split in the skin of the anus. An anal FISTULA is a different condition where a channel develops between the inside of the anal canal and the external anal skin.

A FISTULA usually need surgery to cure.

A FISSURE will often heal without the need for surgery. Simple measures such as avoiding constipation and straining when you go to the toilet, and gentle cleaning might be all that's needed. Your doctor can also prescribe a muscle relaxant cream if need.

Sometimes fissures can be a symptom of other diseases such as Crohn's disease.

See your doctor if a fissure is not healing within a couple of weeks with simple measures.
