Effective ways of getting rid of cellulite!?!?!?!

Question: Cellulite is not forever and is caused by restricted blood flow to the upper fat layers underlying the skin.

Cellulite can not be moved no matter how much you exercise and as an experiment to prove this, give this a go...

--- exercise until your skin is flushed and warm, the places that have cellulite will be cooler than the rest of your body.

Massage and skin manipulation is needed in order to improve the appearance of cellulite or prevent it from happening all together.

If you try massaging the area while you are in a warm shower everyday and then applying a moisturiser in a heavy handed way you will find that you will notice a difference within 6 weeks. Depending on the severity of the cellulite some women have noticed changes by week one.

Hope it helps

Your stuck with it sorry cellulite is for life

magic formula - eat less and exercise more.

Joey Atlas has an excellent exercise program that targets problem areas for women. Check out the link below.

I've also been using a product called Retinol Cellulite Solution for a couple months and happened to notice yesterday that it has gotten a lot better.

Exercise, massage and healthy eating is best. Also drink lots of water. Cellulite is from weak cell structure - the fat cells leak in between the connective tissue and give the bumpy appearance. I've included a link to a site with a list of herbs you can take that can be helpful. Lotion and massage help somewhat, as it aids in circulation and flushing the area of toxins.

It doesn't even matter what you weigh - some are more prone to cellulite than others. I am under 125 lbs. and get it. It's a pain in the butt!!

DONT LISTEN TO THESE FOOLS you can reduce is drematacally with olea brand its beeing scientifically proven and its only 10 pounds trust me
