Does anyone else here have RA?!
Question: If so, how are you coping? I've had it for 6 years, & the pain is so awful. My sons are grown, my parents are dead, & I'm divorced. My sons are kind to me, but I need advice on coping with the pain, not sympathy. I take MTX & Meloxicam. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have Lupus. I have and RA and fibromyalgia so I suffer alot. Meditation believe it or not helps. Hot soaks also you need to get to the Pain clinic in your town they should be able to help and the RA foundation has numberous support groups. I wish you luck. My Mom uses the parifin dip. where you dip you hands in warm was. Also pool exercise seems to help cause ther is no weight on your joints. Good luck.
