Bumpy skin?!

Question: I have lots of little bumps on my lower arms I have self diagnosed myself with Keratosis Pilaris. Does anyone know of a good treatment for this condition? Or any other suggestions as to what it might be? Thanks in advance x

I have this too! I found the best thing to do, is take a lemmon, cut it in half, and rub it gently over the little bumps while you're in the shower! it works really well.

My daughter has this condition it has to do with dry skin ..try using lubriderm or gold bond. Also eating apricots help keep it from reoccuring so often.
