Keep your skin COOL and wear 100% Cotton clothing. I have Psoriasis. Best of Luck

go see a doctor it could be really bad.

I would advice to go to your dermatologist.

But to ease your scratching. It has been said that having a colloidal oatmeal bath can help. Maybe creams that have oatmeal ingredients could also help. Just so you know colloidal oatmeal is not the regular oatmeal that you eat for breakfast.
