Could I have a serious heart problem?!
Question: I've been looking all over the net, but I can't find anyone with the same kind of issues.
Mainly all I have is this weird feeling in my sternum, it's not painful, it's just uncomfortable and freaking me out.
I've read the symptoms of a heart attack and they all seem to say the pain goes upwards, but with this the weird feeling goes downwards to my abdomen.
It's just been happening over the last few days, getting better and worse, but not going away.
My heart rate is normal, and my breathing (like the feeling in my sternum) is just weird.
