Head ache in mornings!?!

Question: okay so i'm diabetic and when i wake up with low bloodsugar I also wake up with a horrible headache/migrane! why?

A hi or low sugar will give you a head ache.

Even when I am not out of range, I sometimes wake up with a headache too.
I feel better after my coffee and a huge glass of water.

Both high and low blood sugars will give you headaches if your low make shure you get some food into you if your high drink lots of water or take the right amount of insulen!
