think nothing in.....nothing out. If you are stressed and not eating buy half a nut grain bar in a day, what do you think is in your intestines???? Weekly total=3.5 nut grain bars and iced tea, which you urinated out.....not deadly, but not healthy. Fix the stress and you will eat again and poop agian.

Do you mean number 2? If so, than you need to eat more, just to keep yourself running healthy. Try taking some laxatives or eating more fiber....oh, and take a deep breathe too! That might help.

Hope you feel better!

are you sure you haven't been to the bathroom in a week? even if your eating only a little bit a day you won't *die* but will be very unhealthy

but if you haven't been to the bathroom at all, to even urinate then you should get medical help

No ! You won't come to any harm in the short term.Don't worry!
But, go and see your doctor and discuss any problems you have.

If u dont go....u'll end up poisoning urself! So eat lots of fruit and a big salad....yogurt and slowly a full meal. And u should be able to go....

Yes, toxins & wastes can build up in your system.

You need to drink lots of water. Eat 4-5 small meals ; eat oat grain cereal for fiber; dark green veggies; lean protein with each meal; fruits.

Stress can also cause constipation. Do some moderate exercise.

Take magnesium citrate 400mg at night (acts as a laxative).
