Am I getting ill? Or am I just panicking?!

Question: I panic almost every day because I think I'm getting sick, and I'll feel ill because I'm so worried. But today, It's 3pm and I'm still in bed (just because I'm lazy) When I get up I feel really tired and if i tense my muscles it lasts for really long even when I've stopped tensing, also moving my arms feels like an effort and my throat feels a bit funny. I feel like I'm getting sick, but I feel quite like this almost everyday through panic, how can I tell? What can I do??

Well, hon, what you are experiencing is not uncommon....but can really compromise your day-to-day living. Just reading between the lines it sounds as if you have several things going on; depression/anxiety ...( feeling lazy and worried ) poor diet...(laggard muscles, lack of energy, anemia?) Lack of physical exercise...(sleeping late, tired muscles.)
Combined, these things give an overall feeling of inertia and despair...please get some medical help and push through these...it will completely change your life for the better. I've been there, you're becoming a prisoner to you own poor heath habits. Considering it's winter, you may also have SADS ( feeling depressed and lazy from lack of natural light)Good news? It isn't that difficult to reverse...it's just that the first step is the hardest. I wish you a happy rebound, and get back with us and let us know.

id go and visit my local doctor.

Stop panicking. If you stop worrying you will be able to tell whether you are sick or not. Often, you feel ill because you think you are. Try not to think about it. But if you are really worried, pay the doctor a visit. They can tell you the answer to whether you are sick or not.

Your symptons are probably anxiety-related, but the only way to know is by seeing a doctor.

sounds like to me you have depression. you worry to much get up and do something to keep your mind off all your possible hypochondriac thinking... Maybe you should go to the doctor for a check up in the mean time keep busy & you won't have as much time to think about what you think is going on...feel better

i think it is purely a psychological problem.first try to avoid being lazy.without thinking of being sick do your routine.you will become alright
