NO! you have a canker sore. Herpies is NOT in the mouth. I assure you, it's not herpies. Breathe easy now. Canker sores are normal and aren't contagious. You get them from trauma like biting your tongue or hard food..

To all you people. IF IT'S IN YOUR MOUTH LIKE INSIDE IT< ITS NOT HERPIES.

it could be herpes, bc u can get herpes in the genital area as well as eyes and mouth, and no it doesnt kill you, yes herpes sucks, but it is a managable disease. i just found out that i have it, and i am dealing with it okay. my boyfriend has been wonderful about it, because we didnt know what it was and actually had sex while i had open sores, so he knows there is a great chance that he has it as well now, but we are planning on being together for a long time anyways. But anyways, you can go to the doctor and find out, you could just have a cancer sore, which are from a form of herpes, just not sexually transmitted herpes. either way, if your worried go to a doctor, they should be able to tell you what you can do if it is herpes, and give you a treatment for it. its not cureable, but it wont kill you either.

i try to look on the bright side since getting it, yes its something that i will have for the rest of my life, and will have to be careful about any sexual contact i have forever now, but it could have been worse!

I'm young. I known people to learn the hard way when fooling around, so I am going to be real.

mouth sores can be a type of herpies that are able to be passed from mouth to genitalia

the if it is herpies, herpies is a virus, sores are secondary and only come in times of stress (i.e you could be infected and not know)

you may not have it but now you got to tell your girlfriend to keep on the lookout for any bad symtoms down there or in her mouth (lest you be mean)

herpies doesn't kill you but i heard it can hurt worst than if your nVts got wacked

and mouth herpies is super normal so be so if you fool around again make sure there are no mouth problems like that for either partner (of course:much less problems with the whoo hoos down there)
